Are industry-specific agent bundles more useful to your organisation than general-purpose assistants, or do they mostly add lock-in?

This is a preview, and the named early users are Missouri and HHS. Public sector buyers tend to move carefully, so it will be interesting to see which of the prebuilt skills, such as regulation review, procurement or vendor evaluation, actually reach production.

Industry bundles save setup time, but the value is in the connectors and the audit trail. Anyone evaluating this kind of offering should ask how each agent action is logged and who can review it afterwards.

Question for anyone in regulated industries: would you rather adopt a vertical bundle like this, or build the same workflows on a general platform where you control the prompts and data flows?
