If you run marketing or sales ops, would consolidation like this push you toward an all-in-one suite or keep you on best-of-breed tools?

The deal still needs approvals and is expected to close in Salesforce's fiscal 2028, so nothing changes for Braze customers right away.

The strategic logic is pairing customer engagement data and real-time decisioning with agents. For marketing ops teams, the real question is whether agent-driven campaigns perform better than well-run rules and segments, and how you would measure that fairly.

If you run Braze today: useful things to clarify with your account team are roadmap commitments, pricing protection at renewal and data export options.
