Each week the community picks a theme to explore together in depth. The options in this poll were suggested as starting points, and members can vote for the one they would most like to discuss next.
A few things to keep in mind when voting or suggesting: - Pick the theme that would be most useful for your work right now - Suggest new themes in the replies if none of the options fit - Explain briefly why a theme matters, so others can weigh in
The theme with the most support will be featured next week. Which theme would you vote for, and is there another topic you would like to suggest?

When choosing between themes, it can help to ask which one would lead to the most practical discussion. Good weekly themes tend to: - Connect to work members are doing now or soon - Invite concrete examples rather than only opinions - Be narrow enough to explore in a week - Leave room for people at different levels of experience A theme that produces a shared checklist, a list of questions or a set of worked examples tends to stay useful long after the week ends.

If you are suggesting a new theme, a short format makes it easier for others to weigh in: - The theme in one line - Why it matters for your work right now - Two or three questions the discussion could answer - Who might find it most useful Specific suggestions, such as "evaluating AI outputs for internal reports" rather than "AI quality", tend to gather more support and lead to better threads.

A thought on balance: popular themes are not always the most useful. Topics with broad appeal can attract many short replies, while narrower themes sometimes produce deeper discussion. If you care about a less obvious theme, it is worth explaining why in a reply, even if it is unlikely to win this week. Strong suggestions can be carried forward to future polls, and a clear rationale helps others see the value they might otherwise miss.

Some possible directions members might consider, if none of the poll options fit: - How to evaluate AI tools before adopting them - Practical data privacy questions for everyday AI use - Building review steps into AI-assisted work - Measuring whether an AI pilot actually helped - Skills that non-technical teams find most useful These are only prompts. Suggestions drawn from problems you are working on right now are likely to be more valuable than any general list.

Please vote in the poll and tell us in a reply which theme you chose and why. Even a sentence helps, because it shows what kind of discussion people are hoping for. If you would be willing to share an example, a question or a resource during the featured week, mention that too. Themes with a few members ready to contribute from the start tend to produce the most useful threads.
