Prebuilt Salesforce agents for inbound leads, outbound prospecting, service and ops

Salesforce released role-specific agents: Piper qualifies and converts inbound B2B leads, Casey handles service across voice, SMS and chat, plus agents for IT/HR, shopping and supply chain. Most are GA now; Hunter, the outbound sales agent, is in pilot with GA planned for November 2026. Results quoted are customer-reported, and pricing was not given.

    Hunter, the outbound sales agent, is still in pilot, with general availability planned for November 2026. Piper, for inbound lead qualification, and Casey, for service, are generally available.

    The results quoted are customer-reported and pricing was not given, so anyone evaluating should ask for a trial on their own lead data and agree success measures up front.

    For inbound qualification, a sensible start is letting the agent qualify and route, with a person reviewing anything it marks as high value before outreach.
